  1. i define my market as a competitive challenging market. the problem i am solving is money, saving it.
  2. we will create an accepting nice service for customers to feel welcomed.
  3. the nice to have benefit is saving a lot of money due to not having price for gas.
  4. the pain of over priced taxi costs.
  5. our core customers are everyone but also people who may have less money and want to experience some luxury,being driven around inf a Tesla.
  6. nobody is using it yet.
  7. college students, they are usually broke.
  8. usually pretty low.
  9. if we could land a Tesla partnership or some type of deal that could greatly help us out.
  10. its large and keeps on growing every day. its growing because cars and gas are so expensive now.
  11. not much is happening with it as of now.
  12. i think in this day and age my window of opportunity is the best it could be.
  13. i think with millennial’s and open minded older folk my market isn’t to narrow.
  14. advertising in real life and all over the internet to appeal to all types of people.
  15. i think the idea isn’t being exploited, yet.
  16. my competitive advantage is our cars dont need gas, there spacious, and there faster than the comparable average taxi car.
  17. i am concerned if we cant get the name Tesla taxi covered and legally cleared with taxi.
